StreamSeven respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Canadian Copyright Act, and applicable international copyright treaties. This policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice and how StreamSeven responds.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content available through StreamSeven infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent that includes the following elements (per Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA and equivalent Canadian requirements):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Specific identification of the material claimed to be infringing (channel name, content title, URL where possible)
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We acknowledge receipt of valid notices within 48 hours and act on them within 5 business days.
3. How We Respond
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, StreamSeven will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 5 business days
- Notify the user (or upstream content provider) that the content has been removed
- Provide the user with a copy of the notice so they may submit a counter-notification if appropriate
- Maintain a log of all DMCA actions for compliance audits
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its prior location
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to local jurisdiction
Send counter-notifications to the address above. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
StreamSeven terminates subscriptions of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We define a repeat infringer as a subscriber who has been the subject of three or more valid DMCA takedown notices within 12 months.
6. Trademark Disputes
For trademark-related complaints (including logos, brand names, or service marks), contact our designated agent above with documented evidence of your trademark registration and the specific instance of alleged infringement.
7. Bad-Faith Notices
Submitting a fraudulent or bad-faith DMCA notice exposes the sender to liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA and equivalent Canadian law. StreamSeven reserves the right to pursue legal action against parties who knowingly submit false claims.
8. Canadian Notice and Notice Regime
In addition to DMCA procedures for U.S. and international copyright holders, StreamSeven complies with Canada's Notice and Notice regime under the Copyright Act. Canadian rights holders may submit notices through the same designated agent above.
9. Limitation
StreamSeven is an IPTV streaming service provider. Content is delivered from upstream providers and rights holders. We do not host original content. DMCA actions taken by StreamSeven against specific channel feeds or VOD entries may not affect the broader availability of similar content from other providers.
