Welcome to StreamSeven ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://streamseven.ca ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
StreamSeven provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided through the IBO Player application on one authorized device per subscription.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in Canada, to create an account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Subscription Plans & Payment
StreamSeven offers the following subscription tiers (all prices in CAD):
- Starter - 1 Month - CA$9.99
- Quarter - 3 Months - CA$24.99
- Half-Year - 6 Months - CA$39.99
- Annual - 12 Months - CA$69.99
- Subscriptions activate immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Payments are processed securely. StreamSeven does not store payment card details.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.
- All prices include applicable Canadian sales tax (GST/QST).
4. Refund Policy
StreamSeven offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every new subscription. To request a refund:
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of your initial purchase.
- Include your order ID and the reason for the refund (optional).
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available for subscriptions terminated due to violations of these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Share, resell, or sublicense your subscription credentials with third parties.
- Use the Service for commercial broadcasting, public display, or rebroadcasting.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent technical protection measures.
- Use the Service to violate Canadian law or the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to access channels or content outside your authorized subscription.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination without refund.
6. Single Device Limitation
Each StreamSeven subscription is licensed for one authorized device. Concurrent streaming on multiple devices requires multiple subscriptions. Device changes may be requested through customer support and are free for Half-Year and Annual subscribers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content delivered through StreamSeven, including channel feeds, video-on-demand titles, logos, and branding, remains the property of its respective rights holders. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this content for personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Service Availability
StreamSeven targets 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and upstream provider issues may cause temporary outages. We commit to resolving incidents as quickly as our Montreal-based engineering team can.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, StreamSeven's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the most recent subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately, and any prepaid unused subscription time may be refunded at our discretion (excluding the 30-day guarantee period, where refunds are automatic).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
